How To Select Your CPA

1. How is the chemistry between you and your CPA? Are theresimilar business values?
2. Does the prospective CPA have experience with similar clients or situations in the practice? This means a minimum of your time educating the CPA about the dynamics and intricacies of-your accounting or tax requirements.
3. An advanced degree in business or accounting provides your prospective CPA with more background and training in specific areas.
4. Observe if the CPA extensively uses computers, CDROMs for various libraries, and is proficient on the web to locate additional resources to assist you.
5. I provide a complimentary initial visit or telephone conversation. My hourly rate is $160 per hour. If you are going to work with a CPA, it will require your time, effort, and money. My goal at this step is to see how I can help you to understand your problem and the next logical step.
